Should I check out Boardwalk Empire?

I need a new show.

Did you ever finish The Wire? Don't remember if you said you did or not. Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, Deadwood, Friday Night Lights, Battlestar Galactica, Six Feet Under, Game of Thrones are all good. Luther and Justified are alright. They're a little lesser quality but fun. Not sure of what you've seen. Also, The Americans is off to a pretty decent start. I think it can end up being a really quality series if they continue to improve. The first episode wasn't all that great but I think it got better throughout.
