Volk won 3 rounds.
Holoway won 2, but did more damage for those 2.
In my opinion it should have been a draw, with a rubber match.
It could have gone any way, I wouldn't have been pissed if Holloway had won, I personally thought Volk had it 3-2.
Should have been a draw, Max looked super sharp. Volk made insanely good adjustments to win the fight tho.

Holloway did more damage in rounds 1 and 2 (which he won), whereas Volk won 3 4 and 5, however did less damage.
Under a fairer scoring system, it would have been a draw, with Volk still retaining his title, setting up a rubber match.

I really hope he gets a brutal knock out , he deserves it . It’s embarrassing to have a champ like him at this day and age . Like there are point fighters like gsp but atleast he actually dominated his fights .

I agree that Max clearly stole rounds 1 & 2 with the knockdowns, and Volk won rounds 4 & 5. Round 3 was the decider, and it was close. But it wasn't a robbery. Max wasn't dominating. And Volk going for takedowns was strategy, not desperation.
