You sort of have to treat them if they're here, but instead of asking for funds to treat Mexicans they should ask why Mexicans are coming into Cali in the first place.

Reporting the numbers with personally identifiable information is fine. I wouldn't want hospitals or anything reporting illegals though. Its not that I want to protect illegals, its that I don't want hospitals sharing personal health information with the government without a damn good reason.

Wouldn't this be a violation of HIPAA?
