The heart is a great target when punching to the body, and a hard shot to the heart can really hurt someone. But boob implants are basically adding cushion that would lessen the impact of a strike.

If you can't wear one of these in the octagon....

Honestly It does sound like a dumb question but think about it. Youre puting something in your body. Idk about the advantage part but it could also be dangerous for the person that has it.
