I like it. Fuck the south and fuck rural areas of productive states. Both of those groups leech off of the productive while railing against socialism and consistently voting for the worst possible politicians out of spite.

I don't know where you got your maps from, but i like the one on top. that's exactly what i had in mind...would be better to split utah and colorado across the hip and the top part be utah and the bottom part be colorado.
 
No. If America gave up that easily. Slavery would still be around. Red states are still hoping slavery makes a comeback. They Love the division of wealth.

if the south was to break away, they should have done it before the emancipation proclamation. when lincoln declared an end to slavery, it made the slaves american citizens. you can't just break away from a country and take their citizens with you. that's really why they had the war. the south should have declared itself a separate country years prior to the civil war. of course, if they had tried to do so, those southern states would never have come into existence or survived without support from the north.

Then what happens when the people in each of the 3 regions decide they have nothing in common and no lover or understanding for each other's ways or views? Do we then split each of those into 3 states for a total of 9?

It's a burden for the rest of the US to have to rule over the South and Midwest but it's neccesary to avoid a greater evil.

A large percentage of votes in these states were for Obama in 2008 and 2012, and for Harris in 2020. Let's not be ridiculous about things. Those states are not going to turn into the Amistad under present day Republicans. You're falling for a marketing campaign.

Murder of all kinds is illegal in every state. No state is going to turn around and suddenly approve racially based murder.

Let's be realistic and deal with problems as they actually exist. Let's not pretend the Republicans want to legalize lynching. That's just being silly.
