Lol I remember during a trial lesson of 'kickboxing'. We had to practise these kicks, but I wasn't ready yet, so I stood lightfooted. The guy I was training with frontkicked me, and I almost went through the mirror !

Yeah, Ben being rocked from the overhand and the square stance is why he goes like 17 miles back from the kick. Obviously the kick was lovely too.

Also, in response to the kick. When I saw it yesterday, I was like WTF? I thought these things only happens in movies. I didn't think it was physically possible for a guy to fly so far from a kick, especially a 270lb guy.
