I started looking into it.
Photobucket now charging $400USD a year for the option to share pictures/gifs on 3rd party sites. Until you pay any gif/picture you've ever hosted from photobucket will be replaced with an "Please update your account" message.

I use my own media page on sherdog for my shoops... Click media, then add media, then create an album and you're good to go.
