Personally, I'm a huge Shogun Rua fan! By far one of my favourite fighters of all time, and I find it disappointing that a man who's still so young is pretty much past it.
He's got many fantastic fights and victories, but in the name of giving this man the respect he deserves I decided to see what you guys think was his best victory? Either in terms of style of win, or the importance of the victory.
If I had to pick mine... I guess it would have to be the Machida KO, so many thought he was screwed in their first fight, and Machida was the unsolvable puzzle. Just to see him walk through him like that and pound him unconscious was a pretty beautiful moment. He was legitimised by that run he went on, because so many in the US and outside Japan on the whole thought he was a phony. Getting choked out by Griffin and barely beating Coleman will do that to ya!
So yes, Shogun fans or even Shogun haters... what is Mauricio's finest moment?
