Shogun Rua scheduled to have right shoulder surgery in the next few days.

Just broke last second on UFC Tonight.

Knees weak, now arms were heavy

it was so last second to the news there was no info on a timetable for recovery or anything like that.

Hopefully Eduardo can come here and explain a little bit... Get well, Shogun!

Get well soon Shogun. ! I'd like to see him take a couple more fights in the range of fighters ranked 8-12 and call it a career. He has nothing left to prove.

As a fan, I got all that I wanted with
that baby nog rematch. Didn't catch it
live cause fuck paying for that shit card.
Watched the highlights after & quickly
recognized that I was selfish in even wanting
that. I hate that he got fucked by trt'rs.
But it is what it is. Hope he retires

He should call it a career, especially on a high note.

/deja vu

Time to hang em up.

Long live Shogun!

man...how serious of a surgery? just a scope or some serious shit?

Ariel said it literally came in as he was sitting on the stool doing the news segment. So there wasn't any info yet.

Eduardo vaguely eluded to this the other day. Saying something along the lines that 'Shogun couldn't have a fight scheduled soon because they had something to take care of'.

I'm not as familiar with shoulder surgeries as knee surgeries. There are obviously different types of surgeries, so we'll have to wait to see exactly what kind to determine what we're looking at with regards to 1. rehab and 2. return to form.

will he need viagra to recover?

Guys a Warrior!

Still young but his body has gone through the ringer.
