There's both something directly named "metric mile" and there are also several countries that use the term "mile" within the metric system (10km).

New information from shogun:

. 4 guys - 1 rifle and 3 pistols.

. They didnt take his shoes. He left the flip flops inside the car as the thieves asked him to leave the car. Didnt have time to put them on. reading the story, i dont think they asked him for his shirt as well, he just wasnt wearing one.
