Shipping from Ratuken to Chile

Hi guys, I have the next problem, when I do my order from Ratuken appears the next message:

"Not available for Overseas shipping
This product cannot be shipped to Chile from the store. Please contact the store for further information"

Someone had this problem?

I don't know why but it happens.

I tried ordering a byonbyon ball and hand wraps and they wouldn't send it to me. but the other 5 orders I placed through them (america ya) went through with zero issues.

If you are trying to get custom stuff, you may have to suck it u and see if they will send stock stuff....or try koubudo instead of america ya.

I would have just contacted them and see if there really was an issue.
