Yes boxing has always been about the trash talk and selling the fights.
More so than mix martial arts. MMA only now is starting to embrace the trash talking which otherwise has been largely not present in the mix martial arts scene. Once guys see MacGregor up his money game by fivefold just by talking, because let's be honest there's been other fighters just as good if not better who have made much less. Now that people are seeing how much he has made, more trash talking will be done in mixed martial arts .
