I never really thought of Time Bandits in that way. Seemed more like an adventure movie for kids.

Yea I vaguely remember this film, I know I've seen it. We could also throw in the remastered version, in 4k, of a cult classic, Phantasm.

I don't dislike it so don't take this the wrong way, you and I are in the minority about liking that film. It scored a 42% on RT, a 44% on Meta, and a 6.7 on IMDb. I just think the movie I voted for is a tier above that. I would put Devil and The Ninth Gate in the same tier.

I know The Ninth Gate has a lot of support on Sherdog. That RT score is bullshit.

I like the film quite a bit. The occultic storyline set in the world of rare book collecting is really cool and original.
