Volkevelov is the future star of the UFC. Boxing loves it's giant Russian heavyweights, but they are all fading. UFC has it's own Russian hammer, and he's primed to do work in the HW division.
Considering Sherdog is mostly comprised of those pining for the good old days where casuals didn't exist and only hardcore fans cared, this should be good news here.

He is kind of right 6/2013...Fedor here, Werdum there, Anderson here, Couture and Tim Silvia there....I was thinking the same thing when I saw his thread...the trend may be reflecting an all time low of a curve in the sport that I hope spikes up soon with new talent and a lot less bullshit in the UFC and MMA in general, Im not too optimistic about it tho.
