Been a long day and I just got home to enjoy the fights! Such great match ups for the main and co-main events tonight!
Quick final predictions for my Sherbros:
Gastelum/Adesanya: Israel is really slick with his striking. Slicker than Kelvin but I don't see Kelvin playing that game much. (Trying to out-style The Last Stylebender.) He's going to bring the pressure and not allow any space or time for Israel to set up anything up. At some point he'll hurt Israel bad. I'm rooting for Kelvin and I got him winning this.
Holloway/Poirier: I'm looking forward to this fight so much. It's a real treat for the fans that just love fun fights. Both fighters have improved so much and you don't often get a chance to see a rematch this far later that makes sense.
I think Dustin should be the favorite because of his style. He brings a threat anywhere the fight goes and I wonder what sort of improvements Max has made in the grappling since it's been a while since he's been tested there BUT I'm going with Max. It may be an emotional prediction as Max is one of my favorite fighters but I see an intense barn burner of a fight with Max having just a little bit more in the offensive output and getting the better of the exchanges until he eventually breaks ahead. I'm rooting for Max and I got him winning this.
