He'll be as fat as usual come fight night. Hunt always looks to be in better shape during the weeks leading to the fight, but it's because he's in the gym and has to cut some weight to make 265. There's always a thread or two about Hunt's physique leading up to the fight talking about how he looks better than ever, but come fight night he looks the same as he normally does because he gained a bunch of weight like most fighters do after the weigh in.

I'd like to see him get in real good shape before he retires but I doubt he ever will. I don't think he's going to be around for that much longer because he's 41 years old now. It'd be nice to see him stick to a good diet and workout, actually drop some pounds and gain some more muscle. It'd also be nice to see him with better cardio, that would really help him in some of his fights.

Still, he's one hell of a fighter. He's improved A LOT over the years and is actually better than ever at 41 years old. He didn't fight for the interim title for no reason and I really, really wish he beat Werdum. It's hard not to cheer for Hunt, seems like a cool guy and is just so fun to watch.
