Training like usual. 5-6 days a week. 4 of them twice a day

I've been doing this every single day of lockdown. For some reason I still feel I'm gonna get smashed when gym reopens.
The boxing gym at least.

I think my ability to be a problem for MMA strikers has improved considerably.
