Severe DOMS on 5/3/1

I switched around my days so my light squat day was today. I dropped the weight by 5-10kg from what it should have been so hopefully that will be enough for me not to feel it too much tomorrow. The hard thing will be running after heavy deadlifts, and then heavy squatting the day after, but I will push through this week and see how it makes me feel.
