Well when you eat a solid meal, put some veggies with it :wink:. For shakes(if you use them) Berardi likes some of the "greens" supplements and allows that to count for a vegetable in those meals.
 
Man! That is exactly what I needed to hear, and sounds like what I need to do. This really cleared some things up I knew, but really didn't understand. Thanks that was awesome.
 
OLD SCHOOL...It seems like these 7 rules have changed to one rule on this forum:

NO CARBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
 
I still see nothing wrong with these habits today.
 
I think they're are great starting point, which is all they were ever meant to be, but they're also probably adequate, in and of themselves, for 80-90% of the population.

Also, nice thread resurrection...
 
Didn't someone make new guidelines in this forum? I can't remember who it was though.
 
^I think that might've been Romistrub, but don't quote me on that, I still have the new guidelines saved on my comp if someone wanted a repost
