Alright so basically right now I am looking at loosing weight. I want to drop my 240 weigh in down to 180 so I can then turn around and work on a goal of toning, muscle gain and conditioning. I read the "Seven Habits of Highly Effective Nutrition" from the FAQ however it comes off strongly as a guide for weight cutting for fighters trying to make a weigh in, will this plan also work for long term weight lost or is there a better post around here for long term weight lost?
