bought double end bag online i can attach it to the top of my ceiling inside house but wondering what i should try and use to attack to bottom it needs something to hook onto something solid too.

i hear some people use basic curling weights but not sure how that works when you need to clamp it

attach it to anything with weight...car batteries, weights, dumbbells, sandbags just tie it down or carabiner it...

The first thing you need to use is your own brain. Once you do that, you should be right...

It appears you don't have a brain. In that event, I don't think there's much you can do about your double‐end bag. It's just gonna have to swing wildly around, a bit like your mind does on this forum.

My location proves nothing. But you really are a fool, as every post of yours proves.

The fact that I live in the Solomon Islands doesn't entail I'm impoverished. There are many wealthy Solomon Islanders.

And I'm an Australian, anyway...

anything heavy, that you can attach it too, that also isnt so large it gets in the way of your feet. I have the waterbag holder for mine now but it was a gift. prior to that I was using a very heavy sprocket from a bulldozer.

If you want to go all out, attach a D ring to the floor.
