The guys who said DraftKings requires a different mindset and style of wagering compared to straight wagering are correct. It really helps to have an understanding of game theory as well to be successful at it. I just dabble in it, not like the experts who play multiple lineups, sometimes dozens of lineups in the big contests and invest hundreds of dollars to hopefully win thousands or invest thousands to win tens of thousands at the higher level. Now the counterpoint to that would be, "Dude, it's a measly ten bucks or sometimes twenty as a buy in to these Sherdog contests. You don't have to be an expert to play, just spend five minutes picking a lineup and see what happens so you can learn how it works and maybe talk friendly smack with the guys here in the contest". I don't know if that convinces anyone, but I find it interesting enough to put a few dollars in it just for an experiment every week.
