There isn't a level of respectful sportsmanship in a war, nice try though.

And OP seems to be discussing potential outcomes in those situations where there isn't "respectful sportsmanship." You know, like most fights these days.

The scoring system needs to change..

You can win 3 close rounds in a row by landing an extra jab each round, and then get completely decimated in the last two rounds and barely saved by the bell and still win the fight.

Now I wont pretend that I have a solution or a better scoring system, but I think scoring fight as a whole rather than on round by round bases would be a step in the right direction
