There's a bit of a situation going on in Houston, basically about a week ago a sex offender that was out on probation cut off his ankle monitor and has been going on a rampage, so far he's committed 3 murders and 2 attempted murders since July 9th with his latest attack coming just this morning. His name is Jose Gilberto Rodriguez.
