Seminar with Fabricio Werdum

I had a seminar with Vai Cavalo this week. It was during 2 days. The friday was BJJ and Fabricio covered several sweeps from the sitting guard. The saturday was MMA and mr Werdum gave us a few tips with the single/double legs and taught us a few back attacks.
