probably because most of these are late 80s - early 90s. SPCM was '94 or '95 and Outkast didn't really blow up until ATLiens and Aquemeni. I don't think many people would group Outkast with De La Soul, DMC, Beastie Boys, etc.

I got potholes in my lawn, and Jennifer oh Jenny.

I love both groups and basing the pick on who was better in concert.

Beastie Boys put on fanfuckingtastic concerts. Some of the best shows I have seen live have been the Beasties.
Beasties are my pick.

The ones that say they win because of White Man angst have never seen them live. I have seen numerous rap groups in concert, Beasties put on the best show.

I love Tribe and want them to beat Beasties, so beating NWA and Beasties back to back would be fucking awesome.

Especially since pretty much everyone from the earlier threads thought it would be NWA vs. Beasties in the semis, and it would be a toss up to get to the final.

ATCQ wasn't even mentioned in those discussions, I love it.
