Im a complete bodybuilding noob and would appreciate any tips I can get. If there was one thing that has really worked for you to help you gain lean weight, lose fat, get stronger or just become generally fitter, what would it be? Do you have any training secrets that help you get that each rep in, gain that extra good pound?
