one week missed training because of the flu, i cant get a break.
i didnt want to give ot to any one else so i just stayed in my room and drank tylenol severe cold and flu medicine and took dayquil to get me through work.
i reccomend the same for any one whom gets sick and wants to train, keep the other people well by staying away.

I have had a bad head cold/congestion for the past 3 weeks. It restricts my breathing and I gas pretty bad. I am ready to get rid of it.

Sorry to hear that Charles. I do the same thing when I am sick and wished more people did the same. It sucks to stay home and not train but if that means not getting your classmates and instructor sick then everyone should suck it up and STAY HOME!

Get well soon buddy.

I still exercise even when I am sick. If people want to roll, I tell them to take a shower afterward. If they don't, I still run and do stuff on my own. I find exercise makes me feel better and opens my stuffy nose; although, it can be difficult when I have a headache...

didn't miss much, Carlos went to Florida to finish his DVD set

young ppl should not be getting sick!

Dude, there is a nasty stomach flu going around. I never get sick, and this thing took me out of training for a week. Right now I am sitting at my computer with a box of tissues on the side. The sneezing its self makes it impossible to excersize!
