I think it depends on what version of McCall shows up. Scoggins is young and showing improvement every fight while Ian self admittedly has issues with motivation.

If I had to bet on it I'd probably go with Scoggins, but I'd be cheering for McCall to get the win.

I think Scoggins is the future of the division. Creepy's a realy tough test for the prospect. But I think Scoggins will still get it done.
