So, last night was the end of a week vacay in Bermuda (currently posting from Airport). I was staying with a local and generally hung with all local Bermudians, most of whom had a story or two about seeing some crazy things in the sky. Some were downright unbelievable; multiple lights in the sky converging to form one; large triangular craft, some with beams of light trailing them; even the infamous 'orbs' make an appearance.

So last night we took a drive out to some random little spots (just chillin', UFO spotting was furthest thing from my mind), when my dude (former military man, sailor, experienced navigator) told me to look up as he pointed out a slowly moving, and somewhat dim light. A bit hard to see, but I definitely could follow it as it moved across the sky, making mild direction changes (so, not a satellite) throughout. It was waaay out there, and was certainly not a terrestrial craft. Was super interesting, but not enough to convince me.

Another similar object was noticeable shortly after.
The third is what really blew me away though. I caught it in my periphery, it kind of just appeared out of nowhere, a bright light fading in from nothing. I watched it for a bit, but it seemed stationary, so I thought it was just a star I hadn't noticed; I alerted the others- we all then saw it start to move. Not very quickly, but definite movement. It was in the middle of a formation of stars that kind of resembled a square, so I was able to track its movements easily by watching its position relative to the fixed stars. It made several abrupt direction changes, as well as changing speeds. It's luminosity also varied throughout. It's course seemed a bit erratic to me.

It's interesting to note that there was a lightning storm to the Southeast, and I've seen many videos of strange lights associated with storms. Perhaps they can be an energy source.

If you consider the dynamic movements, speeds and luminosity of these objects, you really have to rule out meteors, satellites and standard aircraft. They were VERY far out there, perhaps in the upper atmosphere or right in space. There were no blinking lights or other things associated with aircraft. The third object gave me chills and was absolutely thrilling to see, despite not doing anything particularly exciting.

Could be ET, more likely extremely advanced human technology though, I'd guess. Either way, I'm convinced of the reality of the UFO phenomena; though, to be fair, I was only mildly skeptical before.

I will share some of the local's stories in a few hours if anyone is interested. They are a lot wilder than mine.

Anyone here, please share your own experiences.

    Cliffs:
-heard crazy UFO stories from locals
    -saw them for myself
-didn't get anally-probed (to my knowledge)

It's nigh on impossible to judge distances, speeds and often directions when it comes to lights in a night sky. This has been shown to be the case over and over. Stars do not make for a suitable reference point.

Sure you saw something unidentified (by you). That's not remotely the same as seeing aliens.

So the locals tell you compelling stories about UFO's and you just happen to see one later? What a coincidence.
