Shitty workout today..

even though I started logging on Sherdog, I've been doing this for a few months already..

today was the first time I FAILED on all 3 of my lifts, MULTIPLE TIMES - I constantly kept deloading 5 lbs (up to a total of 20-25lbs!!)

I didn't feel tired, fatiqued, injured, sored or anything prior before my gym workout.

really disappointed.

My Squats, at 135 felt shaky as well or minor buckling on my right knee. No pain or anything, but I noticed it "twitched" when I tried to get out of the hole.

3 days rest. Really disappointed. Is it because of my Tues/Thur Push up/Pull up affecting my lift? I did start that this year.
