For the general lonely population they mainly complain about not having sex. Probably because that feeling can be extremely nagging and cause physical symptoms. But what is more likely the issue is the lack of companionship. This is what does the psychological damage. All the escorts in the world will not cure the sense of not being wanted or feeling a true connection with someone.
