If he has to take time to set up a takedown, then he's risking getting knocked out by standing with Conor. He'd essentially be a worse version of Aldo, like Conor described.

He's proven most successful as a pressure machine, and that's his only chance at victory against Conor IMO. He needs to drive him into the cage and get him down, but that'd put him at risk of getting KO'd like Werdum did tonight.
