$45 is a GREAT price. Although international shipping will probably boost everything up again for me lol.

Great to see this come out. Sambo & Catch are like brothers from another mother. Or half brothers through Doncho Kolev Danev. Or something :P
 
I am so glad that kris has nothing to do with scientific wrestling now. I am glad his new dvd is 39$ and this dvd 49$, much better then 299$. oh and def will buy this and damit i will get to an open mat at nycs one day.

This is a film of a 2 day camp, so it is live instruction...not for camera instruction.

I can get a list of what Kris covers in his section (DVD 1).

I cover on my section (DVD 2):
-intro, sambo warm ups
-forward rolling, drills & principles
-reversal attack against a hip throw
-reversal attack against front trip
-defense foot sweeps, principle of move
-forward rolling: keep going, Keep fighting
-stopping the momentum of a throw to keep the top position

-over the back belt grip
-over the back belt grip to snap down
