Short of evidence that recognizes it is a work openly (the Takada fights may have proof in Takada's autobiography (I read he admitted all his MMA fights were pre-arranged), though I never read it since it was in Japanese), it's hard to simply remove it because you think so. Personally, it'd be nice if a 'legitimacy of contest under question' note was made, but it was left on the record. Of course, that could potentially cause defamation legal issues for the site...
Reports about bad ads should include the following:
1. Location/Country
2. Device
3. Browser
4. Company/Product of ad
5. A screenshot if possible
6. Brief description of how the ad is a problem
7. Page/Pages affected8. Date and time of occurrence
