    Final Strikeforce champion Tarec Saffiedine (14-3) earned himself the biggest win of his career against Nate Marquardt (32-11) last weekend. Saffiedine, who compiled a 12-1-1 record as an amateur kickboxer, all but booked a place in the UFC with his leg kick clinic. He told ESPN he had expected more offense from “The Great.”

    I expected Marquardt to run him down and put on a clinching clinic. :/

    Marquardt is a Bully.

    Once he realizes he cant bully you he folds. That, or he looks for an opening to pounce. if it never comes he cant switch gears.

    it looked to me like Nate came to this fight with 50% of his strength and conditionning.

    Much credit to Tarrec but I just feel like he fought the shadow of Nate
