Never realized how big he really is. He looks like he might end up at 154 one day. Here him playing around with Saul and looks almost the same size

He is young and will still filling out, so I could see him at 147 in 3-4 yrs

Canelo looks much thicker. I think Garcia maxes out at 147 if he doesn’t retire before hitting that weight.

I think he has some habits that aren't going anywhere and will get him KO'd at higher weights. Alvarez has always been a pretty sharp defensive fighter. His habits are still there from nine years ago, they just don't cost him at 160 and he gets the benefit of every close round (I'm waiting on a legit threat above 160).

He does look big indeed. 154 isn't seem unthinkable, 147 is definitely an option.

That's one, yup. But he gets every close round anyway, so it's not become bad habit that has cost him.

He's got fantastic killer instinct. Is there anything stopping him from becoming champion besides an exposed jaw?

My money says he retires early.

He will likely retire once he starts to really get tested, or is un a true fight.

Reality is that he is a good looking "influencer" aside from just being a boxer.

He could make decent money outside of boxing. He will likely cash out on that after he is invlovled in a war or two.

It's possible if he's legitimately good. He has similar dimensions to Oscar and Oscar's first belt was at 130. He's likely a ways off of Oscar's quality, though, so who knows if he'll fight long enough to get up to that weight.
