I think he beats most of the top ten except Pettis, Gil, Khabib and benson (we just saw that )

I'd say he loses to my personal top 9 global.

Maybe cracks top 10 but I seem him, at best 12-15

He had good takedowns and strikes at times, I think he could get to top 5 at most, this was his first taste of a big opponent and card

I would say easily top 10, possibly top 5.

Needs to work on cardio for 5 and all around game.

Once he improves his cardio, I think he can make the top five easily.

Damn good fighter.. but Benson Henderson was way too big a step up in competition.. Rustam held his own, but as the fight wore on, you could see that he was going to have problems with a fighter the caliber of Henderson... a logical step from Masvidal would have been Jim Miller, or Nate Diaz, etc... there is no question he is ready for top 10 competition... definitely some holes for him to fix.. throws a big left hand, but I don't think he threw one combination all night... all in all, Rustam has nothing to be ashamed about...

I could see him at a Jim Miller type of level. Can crack the top ten and be a real test for guys on their way up the ladder but maybe never reaching real contender status.

he lost so he suck,
who cares if he lost to the #1 Lightweight in the world
Who cares if he did very well the first 3 rounds,
Who cares if he toke down Bendo multiple times

Am I doing this right, fellow Shertards ?

I think he goes far, if works on his cardio and learns to throw more then a 1,2 combination he'll be tough to deal with.

Really strong, good wrestling, he has power in his hands, I just don't think he's put it all together yet.

He was winning the fight, but he let Benson who was the smaller man pressure him, and set the pace, if he would have thrown more combinations he could have made Bendo back off which would have helped his cardio.

perfect if you lose once your a can and the fact he was finished he should retire .
in all seriousness if he continues to polish his bjj and striking could one day be champ .
