Playing hardball here. This blindsided Mueller and he wanted a delay. Nope. Nice play by the Russians. They were expected to ignore it and not show up, but they are showing up. Bluff called.

Eric Dubelier of Reed Smith, who represents Concord Management and Consulting LLC, has posed dozens of questions to Mueller’s prosecutors, demanding detailed information about how prosecutors built their case and the identity of all witnesses and cooperators.

According to a filing Friday in federal court in Washington, Dubelier even wants prosecutors to catalog U.S. efforts to influence foreign elections around the world since 1945.

A federal judge has rejected special counsel Robert Mueller’s request to delay the first court hearing in a criminal case charging three Russian companies and 13 Russian citizens with using social media and other means to foment strife among Americans in advance of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

The 13 people charged in the high-profile indictment in February are considered unlikely to ever appear in a U.S. court.

Last month, however, a pair of Washington-area lawyers suddenly surfaced in the case, notifying the court that they represent Concord Management. POLITICO reported at the time that the move appeared to be a bid to force Mueller’s team to turn over relevant evidence to the Russian firm and perhaps even to bait prosecutors into an embarrassing dismissal in order to avoid disclosing sensitive information.

The Americans openly bragged in the 1990s about influecing and undermining Russian elections. The US also pushed against efforts of Russia to want to join nato or EU. Recently the former head of the NSA in US said the US does ínfluence´elections but for ´good cause´´. The American state department a few years back under Obama had top official say ¨FUCK THE EU´´´with regard to the EU not adopting an extreme anti Russian stance.

if you cannot like those truthful facts then you are not better then the rest of the world or ´3rd and 2nd world´ you dont play for team humanity instead you play for you being right and your own team. not truth!

Convenient move by the Kremlin and I'm eager to see how the different sides of the American political machinery will try to spin its overt and covert modalities of imperialism.

U have to remember. Half the US population will ignore all of it simply because it doesn't suit their political narrative.

Also, it seems leftist posters throw out likes more than center or right wing posters

You are not going to get as many likes in the WR if your post is NOT a leftist post. The libertarian and right wing posters do not throw out likes

Popcorn ready, awaiting the absolute embarrassment if all these cases fall apart.

Flynn must be kicking himself. But when faced with losing your life savings or pleading out with no time. Most would plead out

Isn’t there a whole shitshow going on in his prosecution as well?

Honestly, the whole situation is an embarrassment for our country. Half the country is feigning outrage because they’re irreparably butthurt. Meanwhile we’ve actually been influencing elections forever.

Probably the same number of times Israel has influenced American elections.

Why would Flynn be kicking himself?

Lmao that's probably an ironic request, if we start going into that, we'll finish the investigation in 2045.

Who cares? America is an exceptional nation and we deserve the right to influence and we are not looking to hurt the world like Russia is. Fact is that Western values are superior and Russia aligned nations are far behind in terms of freedom and prosperity.

Plus, two wrongs don't make a right. I guess Russia is past the point of denying and is literally just pointing fingers.

It’s strange how the US consistently allows idiots into positions of influence. Nuland couldn’t pass high school in some countries.

The Mueller probe has been handled amateurishly as well. It is as if everyone involved in this process lacks critical analysis skills. And Mueller is a lawyer and former CIA head...

Exceptionally overweight.

But it's ok when we do it because we are doing it out of the goodness of our heart...
