Russia: USA trying to start world war 3

He's creating the foundation for less dependence on the west, which is basically the point. He desires for Russia to be self-sufficient or at least party self-sufficient with help from Asian markets, primarily China damaging the economy in the short-term isn't an issue since the goal of long-term success is in view.

Ah, it's all part of his long-term plan to scare all the investors out of Russia which will obviously result in...

I remember when Hitler chose to cease his advance through Europe because Forbes told him his actions would scare investors and cause a 5% loss of trade with the countries he was steamrolling

Or that time China decided it would be wrong to steal Vietnamese oil and risk their 50 billion dollar trade relations with them.

And look how great that worked out for him and the German people, amirite?

Yeah, straight up lol. Economy is important, but so is following a particular ideology.

Right, they aren't stopping with Kazakhstan . . . soon they'll have Syria, Egypt, Cuba, and Bolivia in their camp as well.

1. Break away from global economic interdependence
2. Get as many po-dunk dictatorships on your side as possible
3. ??
4. Profit

Just for clarification, are Pupi and Zroc using Nazi Germany as an example of what Putin is/should be doing?

12 years of expansion followed by complete annihilation seems like a poor example of a good way to do things.

Brazil is a key one. Very, very critical, especially as it will continue to rise in influence. Russia holds a lot of influence in Latin America, especially since most people in Latin America are authoritarian Marxists (the leaders) and large amount of Christians in the region.

Ideologies, bro. Economies can definitely impact relations and can create unions, but ideologies much more so and much more quietly.

Obviously, you have not been paying attention. They just secured a huge trade treaty with the number one exporter of potassium.
Now the west will have inferior potassium.

I haven't even brought Hitler or the Nazis up lol.

BUT it's irrefutable that the 20th century belonged to Hitler and the reforms he influenced has served as models for a wide range of countries and policies, even the New Deal established by FDR in the USA.

So yes, I guess that Hitler is a model for a lot of leaders, just as Napoleon served as a model for leaders in the 19th century. You adopt policies that you like and you leave what you don't like. Kinda simple actually.

You know I'm not. That's why you completely ignored the second example with China. The point I was making was that idealistic nationalists might just happen to have their own ambitions beyond the latest change in a percentage.

You added the China part after I'd already quoted you.

The Christianity of Latin America has much more in common with the west than with Russian Orthodoxy.

The only Latin American countries with Marxist dictators are the ones nobody really gives much of a shit about anyway.

Well if a 3rd war does take place, it's in the best interest of the US for it to occur now for obvious reasons.

Or Obama could stop being a retard 24/7 and start being serious about the pursuit of peace and changing our foreign policy as he had campaigned to do. The guy just can't stop pissing people off and showing his ass.

Putin flew to Astana to sign a treaty with his counterparts from Kazakhstan and Belarus creating a trading bloc of more than 170 million people to challenge the U.S. and the European Union. Two other former Soviet staes, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, plan to join the Eurasian Economic Union this year.

Ahahahhahahahhaa. Fucking lol. I wonder if Putin had to bribe them to join.

In what ways would that be?

Basically Venezuela, Uruguay, Peru, Cuba, Brazil, Nicaragua, Bolivia, and possibly even Argentina can be seen as very left-leaning and having socialist principles.
