I think this overtook air dropping Ukrainian soldiers behind Russian enemy lines idea that San Marino proposed which to that point was the most idiotic thing I read on the war.

If by winning you meant invading Moscow and overthrowing Putin's government or easily pushing Russia out of all Ukrainian territories while Biden and Europe slow walked all the assistance then no, but if you mean keeping Russia, a once considered second best military in the world, in a perpetual stalemate as it sacrifices it's future for a few villages then absolutely. Russia may not even be able to claim a pyrrhic victory.

NATO and West are draining Russia dry while shipping old stocks in spurts for pennies. Russia is also currently being propped up by China and North Korea. But even all that is not enough as Russia is about to hit recession sometime next year(barring some major changes).

General Vlasov was russian general who during World War II joined Hitler's forces. He had commanded units larger than division in war against USSR.
Vlasov used some nice symbols too. Famous georgian tricolor too.

Letter Z was often used in occupied by Hitler areas for " special " ( Zonder ) police units. However they weren't super puper specialists.
Thry were used mainly for...executions.
