Trump is not senile he's worse. Trump is intentionally sabotaging Ukrainian efforts and blaming bureaucracy or some other reason. Do you really think some middle manager at DOD or Hegseth would block the weapons package delivery if Trump disapproved? And once it was publicized how quickly would it get reversed if that was a mistake or done without an approval? It's all going by design....
It's all done with Trump's tacit approval just as he intended. They are just giving Trump room for deniability. If Trump disapproved and really wanted it done how quickly would they fix the issue? The thing is Trump loves this...he loves everyone flattering him and groveling while he backstabs them...."The Art of the Deal"...

Some of these weapons would account for 1% of US stockpiles of specific weapons.

Russia's getting so desperate they're press-ganging Cubans to use as cannon fodder. The poor bastards are recruited by fake adverts promising them well-paying jobs and a Russian passport. As soon as they arrive, they are forced to sign military contracts, given about a month's worth of training and sent to the front line.

There is some long ago cultivated idea in U.S political circles, most likely cultivated by KGB dream for idiots : that by appeasing Kremlin U.S might reduce their ties with China.

1 st, cheapest and even !!!most likely very profitable financially scenario is to get local oligarchate with impact in politic scene on your side.
It was Ukraine, Armenia case.
Until these countries attempted to get big foreign loans and investments....and these lenders and investors ofc wants to reduce local oligarchate impact in political scene.
Then ofc special operation is needed...

The same could be said of US and Russia.
It's disingenuous for you to pretend like you don't support funding for Ukraine because there were/are a few Nazis in their ranks.
The bigger overarching issue is that it helps our long term interests. I don't care if they are cannibals. If Russia invades one of the Baltic countries that will mean US troops on the ground and far more expensive war. I rather do it cheaply.
I don't even understand preventing the sale of defensive weapons like the Patriot System to Ukraine. I thought Trump's big thing was being a businessman? Selling instead of giving? Now he won't even sell.
This reeks of people who fake concern for issues but secretly applaud it for ulterior reasons....
