Russia has officially created a foreign legion

Fwiw, there are over 30,000 foreigners in the US Army.

Big whoop, what are they gonna do annex more Baltic territories? Probably.

What are you trying to say the RT isn't legit? You some sort of journalist type? Russians don't take kindly to journalist types.

If you don't care about the topic then don't click on the thread. If youre so intent on patrolling the war room looking for threads you dissaprove of then by all means pop into one of the many race baiting threads around here. But I doubt they bother you.

Making note of his other thread on page one called "It's official...". It seems that a news story can't be broken without official being present in the title.

looks like nothing more than an official vehicle for "vacationing" troops to join and fight in conflicts the "Russian government and military aren't involved in". Other than possibly some Cossacks and a few former Soviets romanticizing Putin, I can't really see many non-Russians joining

Fuck off you creepy stalker

Doubt many people are scrambling to become Russian citizens..isnt that the point of FFL?

.....
What's also interesting about Russia doing this is that the original FL was created so France could better manage their colonial ambitions. The idea being France could have an infinite supply of disposable foreigners so French people didn't have to die for their own colonial ambitions (one of the reasons French are considered cowards.) So it seems rather telling Russia would create something similar at this moment in time and might say a lot about Putin's future plans.

Why should it be considered cowardly to oppose colonial ambitions? Is it cowardly for Americans to do the same or just for the French? You've latched on to the myth that was perpetuated after 2001 which is untrue.
