What's the best way build Endurance for BJJ. Running on the treadmill for 30mins or I have 15 stairs to get to the second floor in my home. If I run up and down the stairs at 20 reps. This is the 2 options avaliable to me.

I hate when I get gassed.. because then i don't focus on the techniques and just survival. I usually go 4 times per week for 1hr 15mins.. I think i'll up it to 5 times..

Sprints have worked the best for me for BJJ, other than just rolling a TON. Also when you roll try to make yourself tired, grip hard, and don't stop moving.
