Every 6 months I have to do a 3 mile run for test. I just got to New Orleans from California about 3 months ago. Today just getting ready for the run I was already sweating from the humidity. Needless to say my run time was about a minute and a half slower that usual. Can humidity make that much a difference? Thanks

i think humidity actually sucks the life out of me, slows me down and makes me cramp easier during runs. I actually run better in a snow storm then on a humid day in the summer.

You pretty much have no choice in the matter in Ontario though.

Whatever climate and altitude you run in, when that changes you require at least 2 weeks to acclimatize to it.

I know, damn lakes. I've still been playing with the idea of going out west though.

Grappling is getting even worse now with sweat, was rolling with Brandon the other week and it basically looked like someone knocked over a bucket of water where we were grappling.

Yeah humidity sucks, grappling with a gi in a 100 degree room because urijah thinks it will help reduce pulls sucks horribly after warm ups looks liek i went for a swim. hell yeah humidity affects

Humidity and altitudes can mess you up big time.. you can't run away from it.

Ontarios (Toronto specifically) humidity is by far the harshest and most digusting humidity that i have ever experienced
