The MMA Bulletin on Facebook just posted on their page, very legit source it's where I get alot of my UFC/MMA news from if you have a FB deff give them a like/follow.

Of course they said its a rumor but they usually right. Thoughts?!?!? Awesome match up imo I wonder how that weight cut will affect pitbull since he's struggled in the past to make 170 and let's see how Raging Al will fare after a year out due to a knee injury
 
Wow that would be a great match, I hope this goes through, good fight for both guys.
 
I know Alves has shrunk somewhat over the years but I still have to actually seem him on the scale before I believe he'll fight at LW.

If he can make the cut and not be a walking corpse then a fight with Raging Al would be alot of fun. Alves usually shows great TDD and ofc. his kicks are just brutal. Al brings good pressure and can mix it up well.

Crazy to think there was a time when everyone was saying Alves needed to move to middleweight.
 
So did Alves lose a limb or something? How the fuck does he make 155? And if he does, I'd assume he's blowing this new 8% rule out the door, and coming in like 20% higher on fight week. He either lost a ton of muscle, or he's cutting crazy ass weight.
 
Alves at LW? With the new weight cutting regulations? That seems nuts. I remember a time when Dana threatened to make him fight at MW because he couldn't be trusted to make 170.
 
Alves at lightweight? Not gonna happen.

Dude has missed weight multiple times and used diuretics to cut weight at 170.
 
I think Alves used to walk around at over 200 lbs. He was one of the most massive fighters back then. Why is he soooo tiny now I do not get it.

He's lost a ton of muscle .. Go back and watch UFC 100 he was legit 200 pounder he now looks to walk around at 185 tops .. Expect him to be a shredded 55er
 
Does Alves remind anyone else of a miniature Thiago Silva?

Since dolce came in his life he has changed a lot... Not even close to being this size for the last few years

Don't know what you guys have been watching but he's not the same man.

Huge fan and if this fight goes through it will be an easy win in a division he should be fighting in considering his last few opponents have made him look small.

Nobody looks as crazy as Thiago silva. That man is on a different level
