Huge if true.
Now UFC can be more serious about Russian market.

I thought WME owns 81% not 90?

Flash Entertainment (UAE) - 10%
Dana White - 9%
WME-IMG with the remainder - 81%

And wouldn't buying shares in WME be exponentially more expensive than to just buy shares in UFC? I'd imagine a stake in WME would be 20 or 30x that of the UFC.

Good news if true, A lot of good fighters come out of Russia.

Flash would have owned 9% of Zuffa, not 9% of Endeavor (WME-IMG).

I didn't say they owned WME. I said they owned 10% of the UFC. (They might have sold it since)
Zuffa is the UFC's holding company + strikeforce, pride, wec, etc.
WME bought Zuffa, not just the UFC.

And its 10%, Dana owned 9% after he sold his 1% as part of the 10% Flash buyout back in 2010.

Apologies, not sure how I misread that, but I managed to find a way, lol.

No problem, bud.

Now if there was only a consortium to get together and just form a new org. A couple investors from the Gulf, the Russian owners of FNG and ACB, couple guys from Japan, China, the UK. Do that and you're a player with programming potentially airing in every other continent and region outside the US...leading to eventual US coverage if the demand becomes strong enough.

Zuffa would be nowhere if they hadn't got that HUGE cash injection from Flash Entertainment (owned by Abu Dhabi) back in 2010 for a measly 10% at the time. Arab states are always funding western ventures (soccer teams, sponsorships, TV networks) like cucks. I hear they don't even air ACB or FNG in the middle-east, but they do Bellator which holds events in Israel every year.
