Rumble vs. Lawler at 190 Lbs Catchweight - Who do you got winning?

He couldn't destroy Koscheck. I know its not the same Rumble but it does show that weight cutting does play a part so yes it does depend on if cutting the extra 15 pounds has any effect oh him.
Nah, give him that Koscheck today and he'd destroy. AJ today is walking destruction and him cutting an extra 15 lbs to fight a man who is smaller, weaker, slower and less skilled than him would be a cakewalk.

My friend, "murder" is still the technical answer, unless you're talking about an earlier version of AJ. Today's AJ destroys any ww at 190 except POSSIBLY Wonderboy, only because he might confuse AJ enough to keep him at distance.

He's cut to 170 to utterly molest men in the ring in the past. I'm sure he could make 190.
Times change, him cutting to 170 was unsustainable, even then he weighed in at 177 against Clementi, 176 against Yoshida, then 197 for his middleweight debut. A few years ago 190 would be possible but I think he's too acclimated to his new weight class.

Man, if you said the fool who follows you'd at least make yourself look better. I gave you a like for self-deprecation.
Woah calm down there buddy. So angry. Thanks for the like!

I don't ever want to see Rumble try to cut that weight again

Lawler would get KTFO obviously.

If Rory and Condit hurt Lawler and both almost KO'd him then wtf do you think Rumble would do to him?

Force AJ to cut 15 pounds before the fight night(on top of what he's already cutting to make 205) and more likely that same old AJ would make its appearance again. He struggled to make 185 against Belfort, actually he couldn't even make it and lost part of his earnings. And he gassed very early.

I know that this will most likely never happen because of the size difference,
However Lawler used to fight at MW and Rumble used to cut down to WW so its not theoretically impossible.

Both are known for their extremely hard punches / scary appearance alltogether.

I would give it to Rumble, one of the most dangerous strikers in the UFC right now hands down.
There would be no danger of takedowns / submissions from Robbie so it would be a stand-up dog fight. Robbie would get TKO/KO'd even though it wouldn't be the optimal weight for Rumble to fight at his best effectiviness.
They should both attack you for this idiotic thread.

Yeah, you're proving your case. I forgot how egregiously he'd missed weight in the past. I'm going with your theory that he can't make that cut anymore....

Please don't bring up 170 pound guys vs guys who have KO'd Arlovski at heavyweight.
