Rules of Sambo?

    The only Sambo competition I have seen is a few clips on here of Fedor competing in Sambo and one of Rickson in some Sambo tournament. It seems the same as a BJJ competition. I was just curious as to what the difference is in the rules.

    I think in sambo rules they dont allow chokes. Not 100% sure though

    Surprised that there are more restrictions than in judo. Though they have leglocks in Sambo
