Routine critique

I may(I hope not, this is a worst case scenario)be forced to change or at least modify my routine.

Last week I was getting pain in my right hamstring after my Squat/Deadlift day. I took an extra day off to recover. This time there is no hamstring pain but my lower back is stiff and painful.

I'm beginning to wonder if Squats and DL in the one session is just too much, even if I add weight really carefully. While I love SS, there is no point in sticking to it slavishly if I keep picking up injuries.
